OVERVIEW
Lionbridge PR often work with clients who have experienced cyber breaches and as a result they became increasingly aware of where their own cyber security needed improvement. Although they worked exclusively in the cloud, the systems in place had only a basic level of security and limited scope to improve. Lionbridge were keen to pursue their Cyber Essentials accreditation.
PROCESS
Bunker reviewed Lionbridge’s current cloud solutions and quickly identified they would not meet the security requirements they were pursuing. The Bunker team then identified the correct products and migration paths. We pre-configured the new solutions whilst working with Lionbridge to explain the different security features and explain why they should be implemented. Then on the agreed date Bunker migrated data email and file data from the legacy cloud solutions, re-configured user machines,
enrolled them on MDM and provided instruction and training on the new solutions.
SOLUTION
Office 365 with Microsoft Business Premium was used to provide email services, cloud file storage, mobile device management and through the Advanced Threat Protection features malware protection, safe link and safe attachment policies, safe attachment policies. We implemented security features such as multi-factor authentication, audit policies, advanced threat protection best practices and enrolled user devices on Intune MDM to provide tracking and security of user devices.
