Announced Data Leak Jan 2024

Current list of confirmed breaches:

As an IT Managed Service Provider, we strongly advise our clients and users to take immediate action to preform their online accounts and data. Here are some steps you can follow:

  • Reset your passwords for any accounts that were affected by the leak, or that use the same or similar passwords as those accounts. Use strong and unique passwords for each account, and avoid reusing passwords across different platforms.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available. MFA adds an extra layer of security to your accounts by requiring a code or a device confirmation in addition to your password. This makes it harder for hackers to access your accounts even if they have your password.
  • Be alert for any suspicious emails, calls, or messages that claim to be from the affected platforms or other legitimate sources. Do not click on any links or attachments, or provide any personal or financial information, unless you are sure of the sender's identity and authenticity. Hackers may use the leaked data to impersonate trusted entities and trick you into giving up more information or money.
  • Monitor your credit reports and bank statements for any unusual activity or transactions. If you notice anything suspicious, report it to the relevant authorities and institutions as soon as possible.
